Expert Home Improvement Advice
While we are still working on inputting all the content on our new site, I thought we could write an article on a big influence in the blogging world for DIY and home improvement. We think that these are related as our site provides aluminum (vinyl coming soon) fence products at wholesale prices to consumers who will most likely install these products themselves.
Todd Fratzel and I built a relationship through social media sites like Twitter and Plurk because of our passion for construction and blogging about construction. When I first met Todd, there were very few bloggers representing any of the construction industry and we sparked conversations through social media and emails. Todd is a Principle Engineer for a large design-build construction firm and has a background in civil engineering, structural engineering and residential and commercial building construction.
Expert Home Improvement Advice:
DIYers flock to Home Construction Improvement’s blog to get expert home improvement advice on topics ranging from landscaping, mechanical, structural and design. Todd is always prompt in replying to comments and emails if you have questions, and is a professional and courteous colleague.
Tool and Product Reviews:
Home Construction Improvement also offers expert product and tool reviews on their site. You can find a range of reviews on tools like the SmartDriver by Black and Decker, Impact Ready Accessories for Dewalt, and the Ryobi Tek4 RB4010 Laser Distance Measure to name a few of his recent tool reviews. Home Construction Improvement reviews are always detailed and informative right down to where you can get a good deal on one if you think you might find it useful in your arsenal of tools.
Home Construction Improvement even reviews household products like the Panasonic LCD 32” HDTV where Todd reviews a TV he purchases off Amazon for his bedroom (yes he gives the link so you can purchase one too!).
Home Construction Improvement doesn’t just write reviews on random products, these are products and tools the Todd actually uses!

This is my first wide screen HDTV and it’s fantastic. For several months, I monitored the AVS Forum on this product and obtained a lot of very useful information, which lead to my selection of this TV. Although some of the people on the Forum have had some problems (which for the most part, I consider to be minor), I have been fortunate and have not had any problems at all. The picture is wonderful, thanks to the settings input from the AVS Forum (Particularly SerialMike). The semi-matt screen in a nice feature because I have a large window on the opposite wall from the TV. When the sun isn’t shining directly in the window, I can still enjoy the picture without pulling down the blinds.
I hope to have this TV for a very long time and would highly recommend it to others.
